- Drinking water supply and sewerage for the population of Țipala village and Budăi village – Project started in 2014 and still ongoing, with a total value of 5,824,360 lei, financed by the National Ecological Fund.
- Energy efficiency works at the "Ghiocel" Kindergarten building in the village of Țipala – Implemented between 2015-2018, with a total budget of 1,001,849 lei, financed by the Energy Efficiency Fund.
- Energy consumption efficiency works at the Țipala Theoretical High School building – Carried out between 2015 and 2016, with a total value of 2,049,948 lei, financed by the Energy Efficiency Fund.
- Construction of a playground in the village of Țipala, Ialoveni district, with the installation of a video surveillance system – Completed in 2018, with a value of 9,562.93 euros (193,131 lei), financed by the City Hall of Vîrteșcoiu commune, Vrancea county, Romania.
- Street lighting in Țipala village – Implemented in 2018, with a total cost of 1,791,000 lei, financed through MSIF.
- Rehabilitation and modernization of the public street lighting system in the village of Bălțata, stage I – Completed in 2020, with a total value of 310,764 lei, financed by the Intervention and Payments Agency for Agriculture.
- Rehabilitation and modernization of local public roads on Basarabiei and Miorița streets in Țipala village, Ialoveni district - Project started in 2021 and ongoing, with a total budget of 2,938,028 lei, financed by the Intervention and Payments Agency for Agriculture.
- Capital repair of the House of Culture in Țipala commune, Ialoveni district – Carried out between 2022-2023, with a value of 4,741,939.50 lei, financed through the "European Village" National Program.
- Rehabilitation and arrangement of the wooden footbridge at the entrance to the village of Țipala, Ialoveni district – Carried out in the period 2022-2023, with a total value of 240,000 lei, financed through the LEADER Program, AIPA.
- Installation of pavilions in the courtyard of the IET "Ghiocel" in the village of Țipala, Ialoveni district - Implemented in 2023, with a budget of 441,430.18 lei, financed through the National Program "European Village Express-2023".
- Functional-decorative gates for the stage of the House of Culture in the village of Țipala – Carried out in 2023, with a value of 58,178 lei, financed through the LEADER Program, AIPA.
